1. Manufacturer’s Warranty Only

All batteries, and generators systems supplied by Honest Solar are covered exclusively by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Honest Solar does not provide, extend, or offer any independent product warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the performance, durability, or longevity of the hardware.

2. Warranty Inquiries & Assistance

In the event of a product defect, equipment malfunction, or component failure, the primary warranty is held directly with the manufacturer. However, Honest Solar is required to assist customers with navigating the manufacturer's warranty claim process.

To cover the administrative costs of coordinating with the manufacturer, preparing documentation, and managing the claim, Honest Solar charges a mandatory $35 processing fee per warranty inquiry.

Important Notice: To expedite your claim, please have all original documentation, equipment serial numbers, and your installation purchase receipts ready when contacting our team for assistance.

3. Limitation of Liability

Honest Solar acts solely as sales and delivery and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from manufacturer equipment defects or failures. All final approvals, replacements, or repairs are at the sole discretion of the equipment manufacturer.
