1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers have a 30-day window from the original shipping date to initiate a return request for eligible items.

2. Factory Sealed Requirement

To qualify for a standard return and full refund, items must be brand new, unused, and remain factory sealed in their original packaging.

3. Open Box and Non-Defective Items

Returns on open box or non-defective items are subject to review. At the sole discretion of Honest Solar, these items may be deemed completely ineligible for a return, or they may be accepted subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.

4. Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective out of the box, we will make it right. Honest Solar will handle defective hardware by either:

• Providing the necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue, or

• Issuing a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back for a full replacement.
